Recently, the Vietnam Folk Cultural Association chose to recognized the title as folk artists to seven artists in Kon Tum province at the fields of creation, performing, training of traditional instruments, and telling epic.
At telling epic, artists A Ngleuh in Dak Mar commune – Ngoc Hoi district – Ba na monority, and two of Ro Ngao minority including artist Aluit in Dak To Re commune – Kon Ray district, and artist A Den in Dak La commune – Dak Ha district honor to received the title.
Three artists Brol Ve, Bloong Le, Bloong Vuon of Gie Trieng monirity in Dak Duc commune – Ngoc Hoi district, and artist Thao Pem of Brau monority – Bo Y commune – Ngoc Hoi district honor to received title at field of creation, performing, training traditional instruments.
At moment, in Kon Tum province, 10 artists have received the title as folk artist at field of folk culture, of which two are passed away.
